Contains 4-tert-Butylcyclohexyl acetate, Acetyl cedrene, Hexyl Cinnamal, Limonene, Linalool, Nerol, Tetramethyl acetylocathydronaphthalenes. May produce an allergic reaction.

Hotel Of Dreams - Contains (4-tert-Butylcyclohexyl acetate; 1,3-Benzodioxole-5-carbaldehyde; Hexyl salicylate; 3,7-Dimethylocta-1,6-dien-3-ol; 3-Hepten-2-one, 3,4,5,6,6-pentamethyl-, (Z)-; 4-Hydroxy-2,5-dimethylfuran-3 (2H)-one). May produce an allergic reaction.

Candle Use and Safety
Trim the wick with scissors or a wick trimmer before lighting the candle. If the wick is too long, a lump of carbon might form on it as it burns (known as clubbing) or the flame might become too high and start to soot.

Always put out candles when leaving a room or before going to sleep. You should also put out a candle if the candle smokes, repeatedly flickers or the flame isn't controlled.

Never place lit candles where they can be easily knocked over by anyone, especially children and pets.

Follow recommended minimum distances stated on the packaging, or if not available, leave at least 10cm to be safe. Candles placed too close together can drip or soot, and tealights can flare up.

Place candles on a heat resistant and non-flammable surface, at least 30cm away from anything that can catch fire, including but not limited to curtains, decorations etc.

Keep candles out of draughts to prevent rapid, uneven burning, sooting and excessive dripping. Also, lightweight curtains can waft into the flame if in a draught.

For safety's sake, use a candle snuffer when putting out a candle. It's especially important not to blow down at a candle in a container, such as a tealight. as this increases the risk of flaring and hot wax could spatter up in your face.

Flammable objects in the wax pool, such as matches, insects, flammable decorations or lumps from the wick, can ignite and cause the candle to overheat and flare up.

Get a FREE 1oz wax melt with every warmer. 

We will randomly choose a fragrance for you, but you can leave a note a check-out to tell us the type of scents you like (e.g. fruity, sweet, perfume, aftershave, mystical, bakery etc.)

We aim to ship all direct orders either on the same or next working day. 

We use Royal Mail Tracked for all our shipments. 

Tracking numbers are fulfilled by the carrier and are automatically updated. 

If you are waiting on a custom order, you will be informed of an approximate turnaround time at the time of purchasing. We do not start making orders until they are fully paid. 

Gift Vouchers are emailed directly, within 24 hours of purchase.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States and Canada up to 5kg. 

Orders up to 2kg will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked International at a flat rate of £25

Orders over 2kg and up to 5kg will be sent via a courier at a flat rate of £35

International customers are also able to use a UK-based Freight Forwarder and take advantage of our UK shipping options. 

Right to cancel

In the first instance that you are not 100% happy with your order, we urge you to contact us immediately.

Damaged Items:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Where the return is due to defects or damage, an incomplete package or incorrect delivery, we will either replace or refund both the price you paid for your goods, as well as the postage incurred for the return. Should you wish to return your goods, you have 7 days from the day of delivery to inform us and a further 7 days to do so.

Should you wish to cancel for any other reason than mentioned above, you must send the goods back to us to our contact address at your own cost. We recommend that you send any returns via recorded mail, as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit. 

To be eligible for a non-defect return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days, the product is in its original packaging and the product isn’t used or damaged.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. Where goods are deemed handled more than necessary, resulting in diminished quality, we reserve the right to make an appropriate deduction.

We reserve the right to make a charge not exceeding our direct costs of recovering the goods if you do not return the goods or return them at our expense. Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.

You will not have any right to cancel a purchase for the supply of of goods made to your specifications (e.g. bespoke blends) or clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Drop Box cancellations will be subject to restocking fee of 20% of the value of the order, plus a £5 administration fee. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Scents & Scentsibility Ltd.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
